Angel Sweazy is a kind, hard-working and spunky 14 year-old girl! Angel always has a smile on her face and her personality has emerged over the past few years at Bridgeport Middle School. One might even call her sassy! From her preschool years when she didn't talk, to now, Angel has blossomed. She greets others as she passes them in the hallway and classrooms. She is eager to participate in the opportunities presented to her. Angel's positive attitude and strong work ethic foster her growth and development. Angel has an amazing sense of style (her shoes and glasses match every outfit) and an equally amazing personality. She attends the after-school program each week and works put at a local gym. Angel loves talking about her family, riding her scooter and playing her guitar.
Much of her success is credited to her supportive and caring grandmother, Margie Standiford, and family, educators, doctors and therapists, yet her level of achievement can only come from one person, someone who doesn't back down from a challenge. That someone is Angel, who truly exhibits determination and grit!
