On January 9th, 2007, the new school complex opened. The Bridgeport Exempted Village School District complex contains spacious classrooms, state of the art science and computer labs, a cafetorium that seats 450 for lunch and can be converted into a 650 seat auditorium for special programs, two gymnasiums: the high school gym seats 900 plus spectators for games and can be converted into two full courts for practice or physical education with the push of a button, and a small gym that has various uses for the elementary students.
