Student Honored by Board of Education

Ali Baker was recognized at the May Board meeting for receiving the Belmont County Exceptional Student Award. She was honored for her positive attitude and work ethic at a banquet held at the Belmont Career Center on May 10th, 2012. She is a sophomore and is the daughter of John Baker and Debbie Finsley.
